Pixel 3d and Interchange plus on the Amiga and Polyform and Interchange plus on the PC will
convert LW to 3DS and vice-versa. I dont know if it does the whole scene (motion data).
You could try loading the 3DS animation into LW and Rotoscoping new objects over it.
